Explore Seaside
Seaside is one of our favorite places. Walking around the town just lifts my spirits. The post office is decorated for each season and there is live music on the lawn for special occasions. The shopping is eclectic and just browsing is fun. You can enjoy yoga on Saturday mornings on the veranda overlooking the sea and a zillion other activities. The link below will take you to an event calendar so you can see the exciting things happening during your visit.

Chapel and Secret Garden
Perhaps my favorite part of Seaside is church at the chapel. It brings me back to simpler days and always lifts my spirit. I love attending church on Sundays and going to bible study on Wednesdays. Only a short bike ride or golf cart away. If you take a few steps in front of the chapel, you’ll find yourself in what I like to call the secret garden. It’s beautiful during the day and stunning at night. Get yourself a frozen chocolate banana while you’re there.

Bike Riding
Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and 30A has some of the best beach biking paths in the United States. Grab or rent a bike, a helmet and have a wonderful time. Don’t forget your sunscreen. My favorite biking places are to look at the gorgeous homes behind the circle at seaside. Forest Street is my fav.

Seashell Hunting
You will quickly notice that there are no seashells on 30A. Not to worry, just a few miles away at Panama City Beach, you’ll find more shells than your pockets can hold. Shell Island is a popular day trip filled with shells and sometimes dolphins. I haven’t personally done this but know others who have.

Hiking Trails
Everyone loves a nice hike on 30A. The nature is beautiful and there are so many beautiful places to see.

Farmers Market
Every Saturday morning, year round, there is a farmers market in Seaside or Rosemary. These are fun to go to and have an eclectic assortment of foods, baked goods, cooked meals, jellies, jams, honey and more.
